**Our Actuarial Science (AS) Program will reimburse students their exam fees for passing actuarial exams, with specific guidelines. The funds for these reimbursements come from the AS Program; no Gamma dues or monies are used for this.
In total, there are four documents to be submitted (see the form for specifics). For the documentation of the exam pass, you can submit a copy of the Prometric preliminary pass document, a screenshot of your exam grade (from your SOA/CAS account), or a screenshot of your SOA/CAS exam history (from your SOA/CAS account). For the receipt, click on Order # in your SOA/CAS account for that detailed receipt (we cannot accept the email receipt). Please read the instructions on the form carefully.
