One of the benefits of being a member of Gamma Iota Sigma is inclusion in our resume book, which is sent to employers every semester. In order to be included in the resume book, attend the internship or career receptions, and interview through the Department of Risk, Actuarial Science, and Legal Studies, Gamma Iota Sigma members must complete the following steps in the prescribed order in accordance to their major and class standing.

In order for graduating senior risk management and insurance and actuarial science students to be included in the resume book and attend the Risk Management & Insurance Graduating Senior Career Reception they must do the following:

Step 2. Participation in an Interview Skills Workshop sponsored by Gamma Iota Sigma
Step 3. Submission of a Gamma Iota Sigma Resume through the online Resume Generator
Step 4. Completion of a Handshake Profile
Step 5. Completion of a Resume Review
Step 6. Completion of a Mock Interview
Step 7. Completion of an Etiquette Workshop
Step 8. Attendance at the “How to Prepare for a Career Reception Workshop"
Step 9. Email [email protected] confirming final approval of your resume
