I would work on different clients defined contributions plans to make sure they pass all of the discrimination tests. In order to do that you do have to do some calculations and work in their computer program, ASC.

Yes

Provided me with a lot of knowledge regarding defined contribution plans.
Did you feel your RMI/AS classes better prepared you for the internship?
Not really but used some theory of interest material.
Interviewing/Hiring Process Comments:
Pretty simple. One on campus and one in office that lasted about 3 hours.
Were you assigned any special projects? If so please describe.
I had to clean up a clients file by tracking all of their retirement plans, reconciling them, then putting them under one plan file.
What were the supplemental benefits besides the pay? (Internship Lunches, Housing, Sports Games, Happy Hours, etc.)
There was quite a bit to do outside the work environment.
Describe the company's internship program (atmosphere, work load, work, housing, outside work activities, etc.).
The people there are really friendly and great to work with. The work load isn't too much but enough to keep you busy. Was the internship what you expected after the interviewing/hiring process?
Yes
Were you provided time off besides the weekend?
Provided off for holidays.

Great atmosphere of people, good amount of challenging work to keep your mind thinking, exciting volunteering activities helping the local community
