Fall 2024 Actuarial Science Career Reception Update

While we value all of our industry partners who are interested in recruiting our students, this year, due to a set of constraints, we had to limit the number of companies who could participate in our Actuarial Science Career Reception. While we were only able to accommodate a limited number of companies to participate in the Fall 2023 Actuarial Science Career Reception, we aim to accommodate all of our industry partners this cycle who are interested in recruiting our students, and we present a set of options below.
 
We are offering a few options for recruiting our students this Fall:

• Those organizations that prefer to recruit both actuarial science and risk management and insurance majors together, may register for the Thursday, October 19, 2023 career reception. We anticipate a limited number of actuarial science majors, who are still seeking internships in summer 2024 and full-time positions, will be in attendance. The invitation for the October 19, 2023 career reception will be sent in mid-August.
• We will be partnering with the Fox Center for Student Professional Development (CSPD) to host a virtual recruiting event in November 2023. Details will be sent closer to the date.
• A resume book with students who are still available for opportunities will be shared with all employer partners approximately five weeks following the career reception.
