The in-person event is planned for our Risk Management and Insurance majors graduating in December 2025 and May 2026. There will be no risk management and insurance intern candidates in attendance.

Event Date: Tuesday, October 16, 2025.
Registration Deadline: Registration will close when we reach our maximum of 20 employers or on Tuesday, September 30, 2025; whichever comes first. Time: 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm Event Location: Howard Gittis Student Center Room 200 (2nd Floor, South Entrance) Temple University, Main Campus 1755 North 13th Street, South Entrance Philadelphia, PA 19122 |
Refund Policy: There will be no refunds issued after the registration deadline - Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
Refreshments: Lunch will be provided. Company Set-up: 11:00 am -1:00 pm Parking Location: Liacouras Center Parking Garage 15th Street via Montgomery Avenue Cost is $22 (cash and credit cards accepted) |

The registration fee ($750) entitles your organization to one table for two attendees at the career reception and a link to our resume book for Risk Management and Insurance interns. The resume book link will be sent prior to the event.

- Additional Table – Companies requesting an additional table for up to two attendees will be notified by Thursday, October 9 if we can accommodate the request. The fee for an additional table for up to two attendees is $250.

- Tuesday, September 16, 2025 – Actuarial Science Career Reception is for actuarial science majors seeking internships in summer 2026 and full-time positions.
- Thursday, October 16, 2025 – Risk Management and Insurance Graduating Senior Career Reception will focus on our December 2025 and May 2026 graduating seniors in risk management and insurance.
- Thursday, February 19, 2026 – Risk Management and Insurance Intern Career Reception is for risk management and insurance majors seeking internships in Summer 2026.
