Cassidy Starkey, Esquire, CPCU, ARM, AIC

Cassidy Starkey joined The Graham Company in 2005. As a senior claims consultant, he manages and designs Claims Management Programs for many of the company’s larger, more complicated accounts including construction management companies, contractors, governmental entities, universities and manufacturers. Cassidy graduated with high honors from Temple University’s Fox School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Finance, International Business and Risk Management & Insurance. He earned his law degree from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law.

Cassidy has extensive industry experience and has worked in various capacities for CNA Insurance in Chicago, IL, and for two global insurance brokerage firms. He also spent several years with the large Philadelphia-based law firm Ballard, Spahr, Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP, where he handled various legal matters for manufacturers, financial institutions, investment managers, mutual funds, public utilities and universities. In 2004, the firm recognized him with their ProBono Award for his work assisting disadvantaged clients.

In addition to being a licensed insurance agent, Cassidy is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has earned the following designations: Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Claims (AIC) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM).
